Initial Design Inquiry
Questionnaire
Welcome Letter & Client Questionnaire: Complete a detailed NMI Consultation questionnaire to provide background information and project goals prior to discovery call.
Discovery Call
Introduction & Project Discussion: (15-30 min) Share your vision, goals, budget and any specific needs or challenges.
On-Site Initial Consultation
Site Visit: Initial consultation to discuss the project in detail, take photos, measurements and gather information. (Additional fee)
Contract Signed & First Payment
Onboarding: Contract is signed and first payment collected.
Design Concept Phase Initiated
Project Begins: Design concept & Moodboard Development.
Design Concept Approved
Presentation Meeting: Design concept signed off.
Order Placed
Procurement Phase: Furniture/Decor purchased and scheduled with delivery calendar.
Install & Styling
On-site: Furniture received and style to completion.
Project Completed & Photography
Photography: NMI captures finished project pictures if possible.
