Initial Design Inquiry
Questionnaire
Welcome Letter & Client Questionnaire: Fill out a detailed NMI Consultation questionnaire to provide background information and project goals.
Discovery Call
Introduction & Project Discussion: (15-30 min) Share your vision, goals, budget and any specific needs or challenges.
On-Site Initial Consultation
Site Visit: Initial consultation to discuss the project, take photos, measurements, and gather information. (Additional fee)
Contract Signed & First Payment
Onboarding: Contract is signed and first payment collected.
Design Concept Phase Initiated
Project Begins: Design concept development phase. Project gameplan, moodboards and timeline.
Design Concept Approved
Presentation Meeting: Design concept signed off.
Construction Phase
Construction Begins: Installment schedule, communication with builder & damage control as needed.
Site Visits & Project Management Phase
Progress & Check-ins: Weekly check-in’s and updates to client on the design process.
Project Completed
Photography: NMI captures finished project pictures.
